Our oversized conference room is part of a large living room of the Victorian era. Its 9' ceilings, bay window and side door leading to 1100’ of mahogany porch, lends itself to your next business or social meeting. Two sets of pocket doors provide privacy from the rest of the house. A breakfast buffet, meeting break or catered lunch can be set in the adjoining dining room while your event proceeds.
A screen for your LCD recedes into the ceiling when not in use; a wireless or hard internet connection is available for your use. A satellite cable box and LCD connection are available for projection.
Comfortable seating ranges from 2-16 people with overflow capping in the low 20's. An easel and other business meeting amenities can be arranged to meet your needs.
Our conference room and adjoining public spaces are available for your corporate or group meetings. We are able to offer:
- A private “home” setting complete with comfortable seating, relaxation spaces and activities, and outdoor “getaway” spots
- Wireless access and power connections to media equipment
- Drop-down screens and satellite connections for ease of presentation
- Smaller private break-out rooms
- Easy arrangements for catering or other reservations.
- Many of our guests use the services of Shannon's Fly Shop to arrange fly-fishing lessons during down-time.
